Behaviour Champions training series – Session 3: Understanding Behaviour

Building on the exploration of ‘Seeing Beyond Behaviour’ in session two, this next session will further develop understanding of the fundamental emotional needs that lie beneath persistent low level and challenging behaviour. A big part of inclusive behaviour management practice is being able to respond positively to a student’s need for recognition, belonging and control.
