Thriving, Blooming and Flourishing: Supporting Staff Well-Being in the Early Years

Well-being is fundamental to our health and overall happiness, helping us to overcome difficulties both at work and at home. Working in the Early Years sector can be challenging at times and workload can play its part in this.

The course will outline the projects that have run at Rowland Hill over the last 3 years that promote staff well-being. The executive headteacher and staff well-being lead will share their journey and strategies they have used to support staff in a very busy nursery school. There will also be a set of takeaway electronic resources that form good practice promoted by the NHS, Mind and the DFE for practitioners to use back in their settings.
