This evidence-based intervention is for students in Years 9 to 13 with communication difficulties to develop the communication skills they need for the workplace. The programme consists of 13 fully planned one–hour lessons for 6 to 8 students delivered by trained teaching or support staff. Students work towards co-delivering workshops about communication skills to an audience in their school and then to local businesses.

Two members of staff from secondary schools/colleges can attend per booking, one must be the Senco.
