Part Two of Two. This session will explore what the role of the math subject leader entails and the associated knowledge, skills and pedagogical approaches required.

It will examine the principles of Maths curriculum and reflect upon how they are being implemented in your school; how to audit mathematics, identifying strengths and areas to develop – including how to develop appropriate action plans.

This session will also reflect on the Ofsted inspection guidelines, the implications for the MSL, and give guidance on how to be best prepared.
